Wendy Chandler has been in the home building industry for over 2 decades. As the design studio manager of a national home builder, she was able to guide hundreds of home buyers through the daunting process of interior and exterior finish selections. This helped her understand what potential homebuyers are looking for in a new home, as well as the building process.

She served on the National Design Council for Beazer Homes where she helped establish design studio best practices around the country.

In 2007, Wendy created Chandler Designs Homes, a company that specializes in not only meeting the needs of homebuilders wanting to design & build beautiful model homes, but understanding what a potential homeowner is looking for to create a place to call home.
Katie has always had a passion for expressing herself creatively from a young age. Interior design was one of those creative outlets that sparked her to pursue a career in this industry. Katie graduated from design school in 2009. She has been in the model merchandising industry since 2012 and has worked as a designer for Chandler Designs since 2017.

When Katie is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, yoga, and creating new recipes for her family at home. Of course, her biggest job of all is being a mother to her 9-year-old twins, Paige and Wyatt.
Breanne's love for design began at a young age, sparked by rearranging rooms and sketching spaces as a young girl. Turning that passion into a career has always been her dream. She holds degrees in Interior Design and Business Administration and has been with Chandler Designs since 2021.

When she's not designing, Breanne enjoys traveling, reading, spending time at the beach, and being with friends. Time at home with her family is truly her happy place. A belief that a space should be both beautiful and functional is reflected in her work.
