Our Story
Wendy Chandler is the creative mind behind Chandler Designs, the leading design company for model home merchandising on Florida’s First Coast.
The highly sought after company came to be as a result of Wendy’s experience working with a national home builder as a design studio manager. While there, she guided hundreds of home buyers through the daunting process of interior and exterior finish selections, and served on the National Design Council where she helped establish design studio practices around the country. Other national home builders realized Wendy’s capability to design model homes as selling tools, and Chandler Designs was established in 2007.
Chandler Designs has proven itself as a true resource for both home builders and home owners. Wendy is thrilled to know that the majority of her business is from repeat clients, a true testament to her talent, abilities and customer relations. The Chandler Designs team is proud to have worked on Parade of Homes model home award winners, and to have been awarded dozens of Laurel Awards for Best Interior Merchandising by the Sales and Marketing Council of The Northeast Florida Builder’s Association.
